Rushd pairs every student with an engineer working in the field, for a year or more. You build something real, your work gets reviewed, and later you mentor the students who come after you, without losing the mentors who taught you.

You are paired with a mentor working in the field you are training for. You meet regularly, you build, and your work gets checked. Mentors give direction and feedback. They do not lecture.
Where it leads
Finishing does not mean leaving with a certificate only. It means coming back as a mentor for the next cohort, keeping the network you built, and keeping the engineers who taught you. They are still in the field, and still there to ask.
Who it is for
University students in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or something close, with a basic grip on programming and the will to stay a year or two.
What it costs
Nothing. Rushd is free. Places are decided on merit, and you keep yours by doing the work.
