On HTB Academy, set the filter to Tier 0 and study everything free on the site. It offers translations into several languages, but right now they are all machine generated, so you are better off studying in English.
OpenThis one needs an account and a login. It drops you into the Hack The Box Starting Point machines, Tier 0, 1, 2 and so on. Get through the free ones.
